Arrive Delhi Today Arrive Delhi, The Capital of India. You are
greeted with a traditional Indian Welcome and escorted transfer to Hotel.
Day
02 New & Old Delhi SightseeingMorning embark on a tour of "Imperial
City" New Delhi. Drive pass through the Raisina Hill to view Parliament
House, The President House, past the imposing India Gate, visit the
Humayun's Tomb, Quatab Minar, Lotus Temple and Birla Temple. Afternoon visit
to Old Delhi includes The Red Fort, Jama Masjed and Raj Ghat, the memorial
site of Mahatma Gandhi.
Day 03 Delhi - Agra (204
kms) Morning drive to Agra. Later visit Agra Fort, Itmad-ud-Daulah
tomb. Also visit the Magnificent Taj Mahal - The Monument of Love in the
warm glow of Sunset, which was built in 1630 by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan as
a tomb for his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. Construction of the Taj Mahal
began in 1631, and is believed to have taken 18 years to complete, with over
20,000 craftsmen working around the clock.

04 Agra - Jaipur (232 kms) Today morning drive to Jaipur via visit
the ghost city of Fatehpur Sikri, built in 1569 by the Great Emperor Akbar.
Today, it is deserted and left in solitude to reminisce over its past glory.
On today's drive to Jaipur through the Rajasthani countryside we see
villages, woman dressed in the brilliantly colored saris of the region,
Camels, Elephants & scenes of rural lives.
Afternoon visit to
Maharaja's City Palace, Jantar Mantar (an accurate Observatory built in 1726
AD), Hawa Mahal (Palace of Wind) - a five storied wonder with a spectacular
pyramidal façade overhanging windows and Birla White Marble temple.
Day 05 Jaipur - Jodhpur Morning embark,
Journey back in time at the deserted 17th Century fortress of Amber. Ascent
to the fort on Gaily Caparisoned elephant to various palaces with rooms and
stunning beauty including the world's finest chamber of Mirrors and the
temple Kali.
Late afternoon board the train for Jodhpur. Arrives
Jodhpur - the Great Indian Desert, sites on sand stone hill surrounded by a
strong wall, approximately 6 miles long with 7 entry gates. Upon arrival
transfer hotel.
Day 06 Jodhpur Sightseeing &
Tribal Village Safari Morning sightseeing of the city includes
visit to Meherangarh Fort, drive through the old city and past the Clock
Tower near the largest spice bazaar in the sub-continent, visit the Jaswant
Thada Cenotaph, the royal cremation site and then proceed to see the most
magnificent, modern 20th century Palace, the Umaid Bhavan Palace and its
museum - a treasure trove.
Tribal Village Safari: Tribal Village Safari (By Jeep)- A
memorable outing in Jeeps visit various traditional villages seeing local
handicrafts viz. shoe makers, pottery, hand weaving and also men in their
traditional attire, women clad with ancestral silver jewellery, en-route
watch and photograph wildlife Black Buck, Chinkaras, Peacock etc. freely
moving in abundance protected by "Bishnois" Protectors of Wildlife
and tree.
Day 07 Jodhpur - Osian (1 ½ hrs.
/ 65 kms) Desert Camel Safari Today drive to Osian.
Upon arrival proceed for Tented accommodation. Osian - an ancient town of
the Thar Desert is an archaeologists delight. Enjoy 2 hours Desert Camel
Safari on Sand Dunes to see the spectacular Sunset over the sand dunes. TENT
ACCOMMODATION.
Day 08 Osian - Bikaner (4 ½
hrs / 180 kms) Morning leave for Bikaner. It lies on the northern
point on the triangle of desert cities. It is royal walled city dating back
to 1486 AD. The magnificent fort & palaces created with delicacy in
reddish - pink sand stone, bear testimony to its rich historical and
architectural legacy. Later embark on a tour of Bikaner City, visit the
Junagarh Fort, built in 1611 AD. The palaces worth visiting are Anup Mahal,
Karan Mahal, and Bijai Phool Mahal.
Day 09
Bikaner - Mandawa (4 ½ hrs. / 190 kms) After early breakfast
drive to Mandawa. Check-in hotel. Later visit to Havelies & Temples. The
terrace of the rugged Fort provides a panoramic view of the town. See the
extraordinary frescoes on the walls of the houses and medieval painting of
Shekhawati.
Day 10 Mandawa - Delhi (260 kms) -
Onward Destination After breakfast drive to Delhi. Arrive Delhi &
transfer to International Airport to board the flight for onward
destination.
